Encore Law corporate law partner, Ara Babaian, has been named a Super Lawyer for the sixth year in a row (2015-2020), and Muhammed Hussain, a litigation partner in the firm, has been named a Rising Star for his second consecutive year.
“It’s a great honor to be recognized for our work and our commitment to our clients, especially given that these designations are the result of a peer process,” said Ara Babaian. “We are proud of our contributions to the community and of all of the members of our growing team.”
Muhammed Hussain added, “We are thrilled that the legal community has recognized our firm’s work.”
Ara Babaian is a founding partner of Encore Law Group LLP. His practice includes representing companies in their business transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, investor financings of startups and emerging growth companies, and commercial transactions.
Muhammed Hussain’s practice includes business litigation, class actions/mass torts, consumer law, employment litigation, lender liability, and general civil litigation.
To achieve the Super Lawyer or Rising Star designation, the national rating service annually identifies outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained an exceptional level of peer recognition and professional achievement. Each year, no more than 5% of attorneys are named as Super Lawyers and no more than 2.5% are named as Rising Stars as a result of a patented multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates, and peer reviews by practice area.
