Angela P. Chan

Angela Chan is an attorney at Encore Law Group LLP whose practice focuses on corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities law reporting and compliance, corporate governance, technology licensing, and general business and corporate counseling.
